• Edit or customize products for your own personal journaling and planning needs

You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files with others

• Share your download links with anyone else

• Claim the designs, templates, or content as your own work

• Use the products for commercial purposes without written permission

• Include the products in any digital or physical product you create for sale

• Upload the files to any file-sharing or public websites

• Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or branding

Digital Product Access and Delivery:

All digital products purchased from Favorite Title are delivered electronically via email immediately following payment confirmation. You will receive a download link to access your digital files within minutes of purchase.

File Formats: Digital products are provided in [PDF/PNG/link] format and are compatible with tablets, computers, and mobile devices. Some products may be designed for use with specific apps such as GoodNotes, Notability, or similar digital planning applications. Download

Instructions: Upon purchase, you will receive an email containing a secure download link. This link will remain active for 7 days from the date of purchase. We recommend downloading your files immediately and saving them to your device or cloud storage.

Technical Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary software and hardware to access and use the digital products. We recommend testing file compatibility before purchase when possible.

Access Issues: If you experience any issues accessing your digital products, please contact us at hello@favoritetitle.com within 48 hours of purchase, and we will resend your download link or provide technical assistance.

Refund Policy for Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exceptions: We may offer refunds or exchanges in the following circumstances:

• You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase

• The product you received is substantially different from what was described on the product page

• You received a corrupted or defective file that cannot be opened or used as intended

To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us at hello@favoritetitle.com within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue (screenshots, error messages, etc.). We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

No Refunds For:

• Change of mind after downloading digital files

• Incompatibility with your device (please check technical requirements before purchase)

• Inability to use the product due to lack of technical knowledge

• Print quality issues when printing digital files at home (results depend on your printer and paper)

Refund Policy for Physical Products:

Physical journals and planners purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon's return and refund policies. Please refer to your Amazon order for return instructions and timelines.

For any physical products sold directly through our website, returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.

Hyperlinking to our Content:

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

• Government agencies;

• Search engines;

• News organizations;

• Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and
