These are the terms for using favoritetitle.com and buying Favorite Title products. Using the site means you're okay with them.

Copyright ownership

All digital products, templates, journals, planners, stickers, and other materials sold by Favorite Title are protected by United States and international copyright laws. Favorite Title retains all rights, title, and interest in and to all products, including all intellectual property rights.

Personal use license

When you purchase a product from Favorite Title, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal use license to use the product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may:

• Download and save products to your personal devices

• Print products for your own personal use

• Use products in digital planning apps on your personal devices

• Edit or customize products for your own personal journaling and planning needs

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the digital files with others

• Share your download links with anyone else

• Claim the designs, templates, or content as your own work

• Use the products for commercial purposes without written permission

• Include the products in any digital or physical product you create for sale

• Upload the files to any file-sharing or public websites

• Remove or alter any copyright notices, watermarks, or branding

Paper journals

Hardcover and paperback journals are sold through Amazon. Amazon's terms handle those orders, including shipping and returns.

A gentle disclaimer

Favorite Title products are journaling and reflection tools. They aren't therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment, and they're not a substitute for any of those. If you're struggling, please reach out to a professional. In the US you can call or text 988 anytime.

Liability

The site and products are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Favorite Title isn't liable for indirect damages from using the site or products. If something's broken, email me and I'll make it right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA.

If the terms change, the new version goes up here with a new effective date.
