Refund Policy for Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that digital products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exceptions: We may offer refunds or exchanges in the following circumstances:

• You received a corrupted or defective file that cannot be opened or used as intended

• You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same purchase

• The product you received is substantially different from what was described on the product page

  
  To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us at hello@favoritetitle.com within 7 days of purchase with proof of the issue (screenshots, error messages, etc.). We will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.

Refund Policy for Physical Products:

Physical journals and planners purchased through Amazon are subject to Amazon's return and refund policies. Please refer to your Amazon order for return instructions and timelines.

For any physical products sold directly through our website, returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.

• Change of mind after downloading digital files

• Incompatibility with your device (please check technical requirements before purchase)

• Inability to use the product due to lack of technical knowledge

• Print quality issues when printing digital files at home (results depend on your printer and paper)
