What format are digital products in?

Our digital products are delivered as PDF files, PNG files, or links that work on tablets, computers, and smartphones. Many of our templates are designed to work beautifully with digital planning apps like GoodNotes, Notability, and similar apps. You can also print them at home on regular printer paper for a physical planning experience.

How do I access my digital purchase?

Immediately after checkout, you'll receive an email with a download link to access your files. The download link stays active for 30 days, so we recommend saving your files to your device or cloud storage right away. If you don't see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at hello@favoritetitle.com.

Can I print the digital templates at home?

Absolutely! All our digital products are print-friendly. Simply download the files and print them on standard 8.5" x 11" paper (or A4 if you're outside the US). For best results, we recommend using a color printer and heavier paper stock (24-32 lb), but regular printer paper works just fine too. Print quality will vary based on your home printer.

What's the difference between digital and physical formats?

Digital: Download instantly and use on your tablet or print at home. Perfect if you love digital planning or want the flexibility to print multiple copies. Includes all templates, journaling systems, and printable stickers.

Physical: Our hardcover journals are professionally printed and shipped directly from Amazon. They feature high-quality paper and binding, ready to use right out of the box. Note: Physical stickers aren't available yet, those come as printables in the digital format.

What's your refund policy?

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, since we can't "take back" a digital file. However, if you receive a corrupted file or were charged incorrectly, reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right.

For physical journals purchased through Amazon, Amazon's standard return policy applies. You can return unused items within Amazon's return window.

Can I share the digital files with friends or family?

We appreciate you thinking of us! However, our digital products are licensed for personal use only and can't be shared, resold, or redistributed. Each purchase is for one person's use. If your friends love what they see, send them our way. We'd love to welcome them to the Favorite Title community :)
