Hi, it's Val. Favorite Title is a small business run by me, based in Massachusetts, USA. This page explains what information the site collects and what happens to it. The short version: I collect as little as possible, and I never sell it.

What I collect

• Your name and email, when you grab a freebie, join the founding cohort list, use the contact form, or subscribe to the newsletter. These forms run on Kit (ConvertKit), my email platform.

• Purchase information, when you buy something. Payments run entirely through Stripe. I never see or store your card number.

• Basic technical stuff that any website receives, like browser type. This site doesn't run ad trackers.

What I do with it

• Send you the thing you asked for (your download, your receipt, your reply)

• Send the newsletter, if you opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works instantly.

• Keep basic sales records, because taxes

Who else touches your data

Only the services that make the site work: Kit (email), Stripe (payments), and Hostinger (website hosting). If you buy on Amazon, Amazon's own privacy policy applies there. I don't sell or rent your information to anyone, ever.

Your choices

Unsubscribe anytime from any email. Want your data deleted? Email hello@favoritetitle.com and I'll take care of it.

Age Rquirements

This site is for adults and isn't directed at children under 18. I don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version goes up here with a new effective date.
